The Genomics for Good public affairs campaign was a dynamic initiative to raise public awareness of Illumina's groundbreaking work while educating people about the boundless possibilities of genomics. I provided art direction and conceptual design and developed compelling storyboards for eye-catching banners crafted by an external agency. Collaborating closely with a talented verbal designer, we synergized our creativity to deliver a cohesive and impactful campaign. The campaign was strategically disseminated through the Washington Post, paid social media platforms, and programmatic media buys to reach a diverse and engaged audience.

I emphasized how Illumina's cutting-edge technology played a pivotal role in the fight against COVID-19, showcasing its significance in combating global health challenges. I spotlighted how Illumina's technology had enabled targeted treatment plans for fighting cancer, offering hope and improved patient outcomes. I wanted to bring forth the impact of genome sequencing in enhancing accessibility to personalized healthcare, thus bettering lives worldwide.

To narrate these powerful stories visually, I captured intimate, up-close photographs of diverse individuals across age, race, and gender.
